Pension Enrolment

After three months, if you haven’t already opted in, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the Pension Scheme. HCA UK will match your 4% contribution, so you have a combined contribution of 8% of your salary.

(Note: Automatic enrolment in the pension scheme is not connected to passing probation.)
