What you get from day one
Access to Beneflex
Beneflex is your one-stop shop for all things benefits-related at HCA UK. After you join HCA UK we’ll automatically set up your Beneflex account, usually within your first week. You’ll receive an email inviting you to login and explore the various benefits available to you during the New Joiner Window as soon as it’s open.
New Joiner Window
As a new joiner, you will have a dedicated New Joiner Window in Beneflex. This is your first opportunity to begin tailoring your benefits package.
Look out for the email inviting you to log in and make your choices. Once you’re in you can:
- Buy or sell Annual Leave (January-October joiners only)
- Take out Dental and Personal Accident Insurance
- Get discounts on eating out with Dining cards
- Focus on your fitness with GymFlex
- Protect your health with Private GP services and Health Assessments
- Increase your Life Assurance cover
- Access a Will Writing service to give you even more peace of mind
- Take advantage of the Cycle to Work scheme!
Life Assurance
From day one you’re automatically covered by life assurance worth twice your annual salary.
25 Days Annual Leave
You’re entitled to 25 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays. This will be pro-rated if you work part-time or if you join part way through the HCA UK leave year (1st January to 31st December).
Pension
Whether retirement is just around the corner or years away it’s never too late to plan for your future. We’ll even match your contributions to give you that extra layer of support.
You can join the pension scheme right away by completing the opt-in form on iHCA or Beneflex. After your first three months, if you haven’t already opted in, you’ll be automatically enrolled.
